I love what you've done with it.  Acrylic fabrics are the worst to work with, congrats on getting it to play nicely.

I'll be honest, I sorta liked the original dress, but I have no idea where/if I'd ever wear it.

I Love it! I think I had the same fabric in a bright teal. I would have gone for the original dress, but the pinafore is cute as heck!
