Things are going kind of slow for me too.  I've got maybe a bit more than half of each can done and none are decorated yet.  But, I'm also making two extra cans for friends on top of the two I'm making for this swap.  That may be why it's slow going.  I am excited though. Christmas is just over a month away Smiley

It's fits and starts for me. I've been making things in little groups - three or four items at a time - but then nothing for a week. I have a few more nebulous ideas though I'm trying to come up with some more variation on my theme. Still, I have a good group of items so far I feel and I'm certainly not worried that I'll run out of time. I just need to really sit down and crank out the last things I'd like to include. (Ok, I need to figure out exactly what the last things I want to include are, then crank them out!) Wink

I've given up on that one item that kept fighting me.  It was just not working out.  The can is just about done.  I've hit a bit of a snag.  Hubby and Son spilled hot coffee on my laptop yesterday, and all my patterns/ideas are on it.  Angry Cry Angry  A bit of scrambling, but I'll be able to send on time.

My can is gone! I sent it out on Saturday, and since priority was only 30 more cents, I figured, why not. It should arrive Monday or Tuesday chez MommytheMaid!

I've got 2/3 of the contents done and am decorating the can. I think I might be done if i didn't have to keep making supply runs for one thing at a time. I never was very good at planning ahead.  Cheesy

I also had other-crafty interference because I got a new niece this past Tuesday. We didn't know if it would be a niece or a nephew and this time I didn't feel like making things in gender-neutral colors ahead of time. Plus I was really hoping for a girl since I have three nephews.  Grin  So of course I've been sewing girl-baby things this week!

Congrats on the new niece! Nieces are lots of fun, I adore mine lol.

In crafty news, I'm nearly done! I have one mini project to finish up, then I have to decorate the can and I'm done! I might even be able to send tomorrow!

I finished one thing for each of my cans yesterday, and have two more things to make for each partner, and then I'm done! My crafting might be a bit sporadic over the next couple of weeks--my husband and I are painting the ceiling and walls and putting down a new floor in our dining room, so we're up to our eyebrows in dust right now.  Smiley I know I'll be able to make the sendout date, though. I'm so happy with the goodies I've made! (Although I do have to remake one. My cat knocked it off of my craft table and it broke. Bad cat!)
