What do you do when a tree in your yard falls down? **pic heavy**

Make a halloween tree out of the branches, ofcourse. 

During hurricane Ike we got 60+ mph winds which caused my favorite tree in the front yard to fall down    I was looking here on craftster and saw some other people making mini halloween trees which inspired me. I LOVEEEE halloween so I said, "I'm going to make a huge halloween tree, christmas tree size" So I grabbed some branches, spray painted them black, painted a clay pot, then assembled the tree. What does every tree need though? Ornaments.  So I made a few of those too, and added some cobwebs. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, I might decorate it more, we'll see.

That's really great! I love the ornaments too. Did you use the standard ready-to-finish Christmas ones? What type of paint is that? Way to turn a negative into a fun decoration!

Yep! I got them at Michael's. It's just regular apple barrel acrylic paint with a spray gloss over top
