I also have made this pie. The only problem I had was that I made the caramel sauce too think and it did it seep though the top crust much at all. Delicious though.

i've made this pie too! it's so good. i actually like it without the addition of cinamon, but i do agree that the bottom crust should be baked a little bit before adding the apples; it gets a little soggy otherwise.

It was GREAT served fresh & warm, but the next day I warmed it in the oven a little and it was just as good. I think I'm making this for Thanksgiving too!
