You could paint your belly like a globe and dress up like Atlas...

I'm due anytime in the next couple of weeks (my daughter was 3 weeks early, so who knows when).  I don't think I'll make it to Halloween, but just in case I bought a 4 dollar apron at the craft store and I'm painting a bun in the oven over the tummy area and writing "Lastname Bakery" at the top with something silly like "Award winning buns" or "making hot buns for 9 months and counting" Or something -- I obviously haven't thought that through. . .

I'll just throw some cooking utensils in the pockets, and wear an oven mit.  It seemed easier than wearing a box that looks like an oven, being nine months pregnant, and chasing a sugar-hyped 2-year old around the block.
