Sorry... I am not in the swap... but I saw a question about the JAM reference.... and there is an episode from before everyone knows about them, where Kevin thinks that Jim and Pam are not together and he is in the interview room and says something to the effect of "Jim and Pam.... JAM.... Oh, what a waste." It is pretty hilarious. And I just wanted to interject and say, you craftsters have made some awesome stuff! Jealous!

I feel like a terrible organizer because I've received, but I haven't even sent yet.... This semester has really been kicking my butt Sad Plan is to have sent by Monday because I'll be riveting an Iraq War memorial all day tomorrow.

Anyway, I received from HHjamie, and I must say, this is the best swap package EVER!!!!!!!

Here's a group shot:

Something I've wanted forever: A JIM DOLL!!! He's in my car now Wink

Some fabulous stitch markers that I'm tempted to make into charms for a bracelet Wink

A Dwight stress ball in action:

Some fabulous goodies!

And, the piece de resistance:

A close up of the sexy librarian:

And the text:

A little back story: I'm a library assistant, working on my degree in library science. When Kevin said that quote to Pam (after she stayed over at "a friend's" :cough:jim's:cough: house, and she had to wear her glasses to work) I just about died! It is officially my favorite!

Jamie did a beautiful job and I am totally impressed with her handiwork! Thank you so much!

For some reason I remember this being "PB&J - Pam Beesley and Jim... What a waste."  Weird!

Great stuff, everyone!  Love that Kevin quote Smiley

I'm glad you liked the loot!
I had seen JAM stuff as a "brangelina" or "bennifer" sort of thing...

Thanks for being such a great partner on my first swap!!

Hey 3Toed, you did a GREAT job, esp. for your first swap! Jam! I get it now, thanks to you and the other craftster who posted. Ha ha ha! These goodies will be going in my office, to remind me that, with office life, you gotta laugh to keep from cryin'. Smiley

I am always open to personal swaps...I'm always on the lookout for new bags, shawls, punk/steampunk accessories, Altoids tins, etc. As a professional illustrator/fine artist, I can offer something crafty, or something more artsy. Let's talk!

That's awesome-I'm an undergrad right now, but I'm going to grad school to get my master's in library sciences too!

Well, I think I can officially say that I've been flaked on.  It's been 6 weeks since my partner said she mailed off a package and my mailbox is still empty (alright, I've been getting bills, but no packages!) she's her account has also been deleted.  I've been enjoying seeing what everyone has been getting, but sad that there's no goodies for me.   Embarrassed
