My Halloween costumes for this year. I had so much fun making this years because I didn't use any patterns so my frustration level was zero. Picture are kinda crappy. We were in a hurry and I didn't see all the shadows.
First up the mummy I have done a mummy before and it seemed like every three houses we were stopping to retie so this year I made pants and a shirt and sewed everything to them then made a head wrap.

The vampire she wanted to be a gothic style vampire she designed the whole outfit and was very pleased with the end result. The cape is made to look like bat wings from the inside. The bottom of the inside panel has shirring to make it have that fancy gothic feel.

When I asked her what she wanted to be for halloween she said a fat green three eyed monster so I did my best. I made her face the mouth and the eyes on top of her head.

Thanks for looking

love them! i love what kids come up with when you ask them what they want to be. my brother was a fire truck (yes, a truck, not a fire fighter) every single year that he was old enough to choose.

These are great!  I do love it when kids choose their own costume ideas.  You get the best ideas.
