i am so proud of this one. because it took me literally HOURS and also because the person i gave it to (my aunt) absolutely loves it . it's made entirely from old fleece garments with some seed beads in the centres of the flowers.

wow, thanks guys! that makes me feel great. and i love that it's made from reclaimed fabric too, i always like it when i can do that. cuts down on material costs too! i have loads of old fleece that no one was Ever going to wear again. mostly i make it into little monsters but this teacosy for my auntie was special (like 14 hours special, i can't even express how happy i am that she likes it after all that work, whew!).

If I am making a complicated, detailed project like this for someone in my family who appreciates the work, I don't mind the hours and hours of labor.  I think about them with every stitch!
