Here is another one finished Monday from the pattern over at sweetshop (vegbee's etsy store http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5098546). It is MUCH better than the first ( see http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=65525&l=d64fd&id=545134923) and only has ONE mistake Smiley

I LOVE LOVE this pattern and...am very fond of the green cord and flannel lining. It is for my little boy...

You did a beautiful job. I love it. I'm a little intimidated by this pattern. Lots more pieces then I've ever used.

It's not what you know, but what you do with what you know that is important.

Wow!  That coat is fantastic.  The green cord and the lining fabric are adorable.  There is now no question that this pattern can be adapted for a boy just as well as a girl.

This is one of the best patterns ever because you can make it very simply or you can go all out with cord or crushed velvet

I really love the large print on the inside too! I have 2 more of these to make but I've recently been obsessed with Sookie Stackhouse books and show and haven't sew in a week or so.
