These were a combination housewarming/birthday gift for my friend Dan - she loved them!  (And thought I bought them already embroidered....sshhhh!  Cheesy LOL.)

Posing side-by-side on my oven door:

And close-ups!

I remain thoroughly enamoured with the devil....I may have to do her again and keep her this time!

Thanks for looking!  Smiley

You didn't tell her you made them?  Don't be so modest!  I'm sure she'll appreciate them even more knowing how much love and work you put in!  They look fantastic!

Very cute!  You should tell your friend you stitched them.  Most people appreciate hand made stuff a lot more!  Oh...and I think it's funny that the devil is wearing clothes, while the angel is naked.  Cheesy

i agree, you should totally tell your friend you embroidered them yourself, it's not bragging, it's showing her that you like her a whole lot Wink and that you spent a lot of time making sure your stitches were all purty for her!  both towels are beautiful

Thank you for the kind comments, everyone!   Grin  I'm glad you guys like them.  And....I did e-mail her today to tell her that I did the embroidery myself, so the secret is out!  LOL.
