Hello =]

I had the idea pop into my head about making soap and lotions after looking at your Fabulous ideas (I hope you dont mind if I steal them,and maybe eat them to?)

Anyways,how can I get started,what do I use,how do I do it? I have a soap refill kit that I got from somebody (they must have thought I had the original maker too) and I have molds.I want to make lotion too.I will buy some products too if need be (not to expensive,please!)

And maybe if you have some ideas for making them,share em here too!

Thanks!

I recommend searching through the stickies at the top of this subforum. There is a TON of information there. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask. Grin

I agree with the previous poster about looking at the stickies. But I guess it boils down to if you want to make from scratch (e.g. cold-process soap, or making lotion from its base components) or if you want to use ready-made bases and add color and scent (e.g. melt & pour soap and pre-made lotions).

They have different launching points, depending on what you want to do.  Smiley
