Alright craftsters... I'm turning to you because I know you always have phenomenal ideas.  I want to craft something for my boss for boss's day.  Obviously I only have a couple days to do this, and I don't need anything super fancy.  But my idea is to make her some sort of box for her desk to hold gum.  She is always asking for gum, so I was going to buy her a lot of packs of gum and make a box to hold them.  I guess I'm thinking maybe around the size of a tissue box, or a little bit smaller.  At first I was thinking I could get a plain wooden box and paint it to look like a pack of gum, but then I remembered that I am not so great at painting.  Any ideas?

How about decoupaging the box? There are alot of pretty papers out on the market these days.

What about making an origmi box. Here's a pattern that is easy and you can select any type of special print that you like to fit the occasion:
