I made some more clothes for Mum.
I bought Simplicity 4165 (from the Khaliah Ali Collection) as it looked like a cool comfortable top for the Australian Summer heat. I really liked that it had pleats instead of gathers. I used a lightweight cotton print and a plain cotton broadcloth for the yoke.

I made some pants from a plain linen using Simplicity 4193. They were very easy to make! I cut them exactly as the pattern said, they are a very wide leg and even though the are a cropped leg on the model I guessed they would be almost full length on Mum (we both have very short legs!) and they were.

Pants (on my floor):

Top and Pants on Mum: Longer sleeves may have been more flattering but I didn't have enough fabric.

Thanks for looking.

Great outfit for your Mum - and you are a sweet daughter to sew for her! The tulip fabric has great colors in it and the linen is perfect for the heat. Super job!
