I have been wanting to sew on a machine for years and years and years. My mom and my grandma have both been sewing as long as I can remember, and yesterday my mom showed me how!

I first made a pillow, then a purse. I didn't use a pattern for either, and it's kind of obvious xD.

I'm going to use the purse as a lunch-bag.

For my next project, I have a lot of black pleather. I want to make something like this----> http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=269580.0

I don't think it's obvious at all. You did a great job!
