Here are a couple of parrot drawings I've done recently - both in pencil. Sometimes I go through my drawing phase, sometimes my crafting stage - I think I need to focus more.

You're really good. I love the second one for the splash of color. Sometimes I go through the same problem, we need a more balanced artistic diet.
