O.O me and the boy

This is my first cross stitch project ever, and might I add it is rediculously addicting!  I love how these came out, I made them for the OYP-8 swap. My partners favorite Halloween movie is 'Young Frankenstein' (who doesn't love that movie? Cheesy) and she recieved I thought I would share!

The first one:
 
 
"No, it's pronounced "Fonkensteen"

And the second:


"Werewolf?"
"There wolf!"
"There castle!" (I didn't have enough room for it Sad)

Yes those are my first attempts at french knots! Thanks to the wonderful tute on here, they where rather painless.

Any comments appreciated!
Sorry about the pictures I took them at work, right before they went in the box.

you made me squeak! those are about twelve different kinds of fabulous. i saw it on broadway this summer; i'll be singing He Vas My Boyfriend all night now. my family thanks you.  Grin
wonderful French knots! i still can't get them... i was able when i was, like, seven, and now i seem to have become incompetent.  Roll Eyes

I am laughing!  This is one of mine and hubbys favorite movies.  We always say, "put the candle back".  Great job and I love the use of the cut outs within the frame.
