I hadn't heard PiGS before, but those are my specialty!  Even though I've gleaned several great bags through swaps, somehow my WIPs always end up in regular grocery sacks! (which is even stranger because I usually take reusable bags to the grocery store)

I hope that handmade paper is okay to send internationally...I t's all botanical, and what I've been making has chunks of plant fibers in it...

More than likely handmade paper should be ok in international post as long as you aren't making it from Cocoa leaves or Hemp

Most postal regulations are centered around fresh & dried foods.

Depends how obvious that it's hand made and that there is plant in them - since the quaranteen people always search my mail -Prob best not to send that kind of thing to me - If we were partenered

Thinking about this one and I may sound like an idiot here but I've never done the scavenger hunt swaps so before I decide I want to make sure I know what I'm doing here. 

I would be sending 15 total items, each item represents one of the themes, one item must be crafted and they all have to be paper related.

Am I correct in my thinking here?

Bear in mind paper related, not strictly paper content. Tools, non-paper embellishments, things that could be used like paper even though their fiber content is different- i.e. plastic, fabric, wood, metal, etc. As long as it could be used like paper on paper or with paper it's good.
