I sell on Etsy and my shipping fee has always been:

Canada = 2.5
US = 2.5
International = 4

But then recently I 'accidently' made this polymer cupcake that's over 20mm!
When I looked at the shipping guide, it said those are now 'Small Packets' instead of 'Light Packet/Letter', which I normally ship with.  And the cost is..

Canada = 11
US = 5.05
International = 5.65-20

What am I supposed to do?  How are we supposed to sell/ship anything?

THis is an old post, so hopefully you've figured it out by now... but just in case anyone else is also looking for the answer... your best bet is to work *some* of the shipping into the price of your item. You can also explain how Canada Post works (of so different from USPS!) for items larger than 20mm - it may help justify a higher shipping cost on these particular items.

It's really crummy how difficult Canada Post makes it to be competetive with our shipping prices!
