I have no idea what I'm going to do with these or even why the desire to make them came so close to my beloved Halloween but I seem to have made a batch of emotional snowballs...

They started out as paper mache covered Styrofoam balls

I painted them white...

I went a little crazy with the 'aging'

To fix that minor flub I wiped on some more white paint and then added rosy cheeks

Some dots for eyes, pink lips and eyebrows next

Now some clear matte gel and a boatload of glitter

And you have a miffed snowball!

Or a worried snowball

If I were a snowball I'd be worried. Who wants to be tossed about and smashed to smithereens! Never mind the bloody cold. Poor wee things.

These are AWESOME!!!!
I like them all just grouped together, it would be so cool to go to someone's house and see a bunch of faces on the table...

Cheesy or you could add stage blood and make yourself a Jack Frost 2 reenactment!

Heh heh heh - I have no idea what I would do with them either, but that doesn't detract from how awesome they are! I love seeing projects on craftster that come from ideas so different from anything I would think of.

These made me laugh so hard!  I love their expressions.  The totally belong somewhere amongst other holiday decorations.
