My room mate and I had a pretty large spot on our wall with nothing to hang... so this is what I did to put there. I just bought a map, cut 5X5 inch squares, covered them with the road map, and painted sailboats. I've been wanting to do a wall hanging for awhile now, so it was fun to do this one. Hope you enjoy =)

(P.S. no matter how hard I try I can't get them all to hang straight... so please excuse the crookedness)

ooh! i love it! i've seen the maps cut up before, but not with things painted on them! thats a really good idea! =]
