I am so glad to have found this, I need a banner for a craft show coming up in May and wanted something unique and affordable, and this is just the thing!

great tutorial!!  id make one if i didnt already have one...pic below

its pennant style with die-cut letters.  my mom works at the public library so we used their die-cut machine.  just adding more ideas to the fire!
