  I made this tank top to wear to a rally. I just cut a stencil using some letters I printed out from the computer, and a picture of lips I cut out, then I spray painted it. I made it really quickly right before we left for the rally, it took less than 15 mins. 

Just wanted to add.
I don't know how it will fair in the wash yet..Because the rally was yesterday.. Does anyone know how spray paint holds up to washing?  Anyway it served its purpose very well!

I found a picture of a lipstick kiss imprint, http://paperspine.files.wordpress.com/2008/04/lipstick.png.
Then I printed it out, and cut out all the red parts, leaving some "lines" to create a more realistic lip. That created a little stencil, and from there I just laid it on and sprayed the shirt.
