Super Awesome Masks! I hope you post some action shots. I have never made a wild thing costume but I did make a sweet Max costume.  I used McCall's 8953 and it was pretty easy to make.  You might be able to modify it for your use.  I know you are going to have a rockin' Halloween!

Wowzers!

As to the chicken body suit, you might just have to engineer a bustle to hold some tail feathers but the rest probably can be faked.

Totally rockin job with those masks. "This Rocks"!!!!

But (I think this is correct, but I haven't read the story to my daughter in a few months... so I apologize if I'm wrong) the beast with the long red-ish hair is just furry with chicken-ish feet. Chicken dude is chicken bodied... And as for that, have you thought of just sewing /altering a canvas-type jacket and adding feathers?

Good luck with finishing them up!!

So so amazing, they look perfect, and I can't wait to see the rest!  Please do keep us updated as you go.  That book has always been one of my favorites.  You rock, and I know you'll figure something good out for the costumes!
