Hey I'm just wondering if theres any lovely craftsters out there from Aberdeen or the surrounding area who would like to meet up in Aberdeen?
I'm thinking about a meeting in early November, so come on ladies and gents(if theres any) come to a meet up!

Lets be hearing from you!

Hey,

I'm Aberdeen and am struggling to find somewhere selling cheap fabric (sewing is my first love)...although I haven't checked out the market yet...

Just wondered if the meet-up happened?  I'd be interested in a get-together...

Hi, have you tried John Lewis? Upstairs in the upholstery department they have an oddments box - you can sometimes find some decent sized and cheapish pieces. Or Kings Fabrics, behind John Lewis, they have bundles either side of the door and in the baskets by the counter, and also upstairs on the window sill to he right of the counter.
Good luck

Hi there!
I'm afraid the meet up never happened, It's hard to get a group together. I live outside Aberdeen but if you have a blog or site, i'll pop on and have a look. As for farbic your pretty limited in Aberdeen altho, having a good rummage in the charity shops can come in handy!

Think I may have to hit those charity shops hard!  Wink  Have been doing a couple of commissions recently though, which is nice as people buy great fabric for me to play with!

Perhaps we could try a meetup once Winter sets in...
