I'm not sure who started this trend (or if it even originated on craftster) but I was inspired by these posts:

It just looked too easy to cut and tie a bunch of fabric scraps on a coat hanger, so I knew I HAD to try it.  I picked up three scraps of fabric in the clearance bin at walmart (I haven't learned to sew yet so I don't have my own fabric stash Embarrassed  and the whole thing cost less than 5 bucks and took about 30 mins to cut the fabric (which I tried to use a rotary cutter without the proper cutting board, BIG mistake, I cut through all my kitchen-cutting boards and into my desk!  D'oh!) , and about 30 mins in front of the TV to tie them on, and about 10 mins trying to keep my cats from stealing my fabric strips  Wink  I can't wait to make more! 





Should I make a bow, or does it look busy enough without one?   Huh

Very cute! I think a bow would look cute in a complemenrty color or a contrasting one perhaps?  Smiley
