I am really excited to have gotten my new sewing machine out of its precious box (almost broke it getting it out - yippee!) and slapping together some cool bags. The material I used here were actually some dollar store vinyl-front pillows I thought were really cool. On the hot dog one I was going to put buttons on the ends of the handles, but sort of liked how the stitching added to the kitsch of it. What do you think? These are all reinforced stitching with interfacing and pockets and are rock solid bags. Picture below, but the link here will show back and insides (sort of; I didn't have an extra pair of hands to hold the bag open!):

The stitching is done very nicely.  I like the mom's diner one better than the hot dog.   Are these made for yourself?
I like the lower pockets on one side for easy to reach items, like cell phone etc.

Haven't been to this section of the board for awhile but I think those bags are so cute Crafty!
They look like 'Mom' bags for a baseball game.  Cheesy

Thank you!

They're definitely not for everyone, but I figured I could get some good practice on the new machine and not kill off anything expensive while I was doing it. They're totally my style, but I don't carry bags that big anymore!
