I was bored and lurking around the boards and decided that I should post up my old artworks. I took up traditional and digital art as a hobby for most of my high school years and once I got to college, I pretty much stopped. Due to nursing school, I haven't drawn a decent piece since January. (And it was just a graphite piece) My main medium is Photoshop (and sometimes Microsoft Paint) and I did use a graphics tablet.

Anywho, here are some of my old works that I still actually enjoy looking at. I really don't like looking at the mistakes (and blandness) of my old pieces now.  Undecided

(2006-07?)This one was done as gift art for a friend on Deviantart. Drawn on Photoshop.

(2006)Another Photoshop gift art for a different friend.

(2006)This one was actually drawn as 4 separate drawings in Paint and then put together. Characters from Bleach the anime.  Cheesy

(2006)This was an entry into the Junior National Duck Stamp competition. I was surprised I got 1st place in my state.  Smiley Done with color pencils.

(2008)This is the last piece of I've drawn (done in January). It's a portrait of my boyfriend done in graphite.   Grin

If anyone would like to look at ALL my artworks from the distant past, here is a link to my Picasa albums: JBear's Picasa Web Albums

Wow, they're all gorgeous! The piece of your boyfriend is the most stunning, I know how frustrating working with graphite can get.

I agree, the one of your boyfriend is my favorite too.
