Thank you all so much for your encouraging replies.  We have trick er treat the Thursday before halloween, I don't know why.  But again thank you for your kind words, they made me feel a lot better.  Grin

The best thing about halloween IS dressing up and decorating! If people don't appreciate it, that's their loss, not yours! Have a Happy Halloween!

Wow!!!  That's a huge bummer!!!  We've been there too and it's sad!!!  Don't give up!!  With out people like you that enjoy it, the holidays would not exist!!!  You enjoyed doing it so it was not a total waste!!!   Happy Halloween~~
