Warning: ghetto-fabulous bathroom mirror shots ahead!

So recently I've been having this intense obsession with Harley Quinn and the Joker.  Yes, I know, I'm about fifteen years late on this one.  They're just SO ADORABLE in that psychotic, domestic-disturbance kind of way.  Love!

Anyway I'm not quite bold enough to wear a full-body spandex jump suit, so instead I made myself this tee shirt!

Front:

Back:

I really just chopped up two cheap-o skinny tees from wal mart.  My seams are all puckery because I don't have a serger, and the material was really thin.

Action shot!

Bonus Harley makeup!

You have really nice skin.  Smiley

And also, when I first saw the little photo under the new projects thing, I knew what it was going to be.

Very cute!

And hey, at least your mirror is CLEAN when you take photos in it...

P.S. - anyone "bold" enough to wear a spandex bodysuit isn't "bold"... they're crazy.  Spandex isn't really flattering on anyone, not even Heidi Klum.  Cheesy

Thank you for the nice comments, friends!  Grin

Yeah, I love it a lot, but I duno if I'll ever actually wear it anywhere.  Unless I'm going someplace like, comic-oriented... some place it would be appreciated? lol.

That is such a great take on her costume! You could wear it with some tight black pants and red stilettos and be a modern Harley Cheesy

BRILLIANT IDEA!

I've given up hope of ever scoring a harley shirt to recon, this is the next best thing!

Grin  And BONUS: it's super easy to do.  Toughest part was getting the under-bust cut straight (which I failed at, it's kinda crooked in the back.  Ah well)  And maybe getting the corners to line up just right in the middle was a little fiddly.  If I was gonna do it again I would use shirts made of thicker material... these were some of those little skinny tees from the juniors section.
