so i needed a new bag for school and wanted it to look cool! i went out and bought PINK embroidery yarn and picked a black jean fabric from my stash. i did it in the simplest way possible and am VERY pleased with the result. maybe i should always go for the simplicity....

i also needed a pencil case, because the one i was using was doubleing as a make up purse as well! so it was hard to always be switching the pens and make-ups Cheesy

I like the pink embroidery against the black on both...did you embroider by machine?  These look nice and sturdy, too.  Smiley

i also like the nice contrast the pink does against the black! yes, i embroidered by a machine: i have Husqvarna Viking Platinum Plus and i have the 4D Emboidery System so i can desing and make my own embroideries Smiley and the fabric is real sturdy and good, that's true. i needed to avoid layering the fabric, or it would have been too thick for my machine to sew.. i would like to have a better machine just for sewing so that the embroidery-machine would be used excluselively to embroidering. and i would be able to sew jeans and leather and such.
