Wullo!
I have a pair of jeans which I've being wearing for the past 2 1/2 years, and they finally gave out. They've been patched up, embroidered, re-patched, and had their bottom half replaced but they were finally deemed unwearable...as pants!

so here's a before and after. I drafted a pattern on a newspaper I got out of the recycling, and I'm going to reproduce the embroidery on the panels. The waistband is going to become a belt, and the pockets area will become pockets on a coat soon.

be merry!
Archie

Godzilla vs. Megalon (1973), where it was ruled in a 7-2 decision "Megalon's emission of lightning from his horn-like appendage did not constitute a violation of Godzilla's civil rights." (from the Majority opinion)
