I just made that celtic spiral thingy too!  Did you get it from the beader's bible?  I did mine on my beading loom though...getting ready for St. Pat's.  I love the colors you picked for it!

yes... the center is from beader's bible... except i turned it sideways so that it would be more elongated

If Greenman were mine (ah wishful thinking) I would back him with a piece of green suede or leather & mount him to the cover of a journal or altered book...
I've seen it done somewhere before.  I'll see if I can find it for you so you can see what I mean.
