I recently made a mixed CD for my SIL and her new baby.  I made a case for the disc out of a piece of solid colored cardstock glued on one side to a piece of decorator "scrapboook" paper.  Then I cut out a pattern I made up, folded it,  and glued it into shape.  I printed a sticker label to put on the CD itself.

Very pretty! I love your paper choices and a personalized cd is a great gift for a new mommy and baby. Also, thanks for the pattern, I have a feeling I'll need to be making one of those pretty soon.  Grin
