My sister's birthday is 5 days after our mom's, so I've had to make two cakes in a week.  (My brothers is a week from today, so, more baking for me).  I used marshmallow fondant on both, and neato food coloring markers.  I used Betty Crocker Bake 'n Fill pans for both as well.  I experimented with the fillings and they turned out great!

The first is a peanut butter cherry blossom cake for my sis. It was a white cake with peanut butter frosting.  The filling is a mixture of marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and cocoa.

I put peanut butter cups around it because my sis LOVES PB.

And the filling:

My mom loves German Chocolate Cake, but I didn't really have the right ingredients, so I experimented again.  It is a chocolate cake and the filling was a mixture of brown sugar/caramel icing, melted marshmallow, and toasted coconut.  I don't have a shot of the filling, but it was pretty good... and I hate coconut.  I garnished it with some tinted green coconut.

Thanks for looking!
