I was able to get my package out last night...I love that the post office in the next town over is open until 7pm.

I shipped my package two days ago - I hope it gets there soon! I wish USPS had "tracking" and not just "delivery confirmation" - All I know is that the package is in the possession of the USPS.

When I shipped the post office seemed to forget a tracking number =( I thought they were a standard in re to Canada Post because I've never had to ask for one in the past, but I guess when shipping overseas it's not a given.

I'm in Canada and I send home to the UK all the time, I always get given a receipt (the customs declaration you fill out) and that will give you your reference no and enable youto track it on line, but you only get access to a tracking number if the parcel is a certain size, maybe your parcel was below the standard size for tracking, I've had this happen a lot, hope this helps. x
