HSG, I know I've posted about my mishap on the Dotee swap and the teatowel swap.  I thought I mentioned here as well.  I fell on 10-23 and fractured my pelvis.  I'm coming along ok, but it's keeping me homebound for a while.

OUCH!!! Pelvis fractures are no fun!  Sad Get well soon!

My mom did that when we were little, and I do have fond memories of coloring in coloring books with her while she was in bed. I miss her. Cry

Eek! I'm sorry to hear that mamarose! I hope you have a speedy recovery!

I've only ever broken 1 bone and that was in my thumb. I was picking up a twig when I was a toddler, and stood on the other end Cheesy

I'm having a hard time picturing this, you stood on the other end of the twig and it broke your thumb? or...maybe I don't want the details... Cheesy

Yeah, my Dad tried to stop me, but I was always messing with stuff. I think it was quite a big twig in relation to me. I was too young to remember it, which is probably a good thing Cheesy

Ouch, mamarose! Sending some "heal quickly" thoughts your way!

My plan is still to work on Tuesday on my stuff. Hopefully, I can get most of it done! If not, I should be able to get things done during the rest of the week- we have International Night at school on Thursday, and while I did manage to get out of putting together a Science Around the World PowerPoint presentation, I still have to show up for the event. So, little bits here and there and I should be good to go!

And, as always, don't forget to PM when you send and receive! Thanks!

PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE!

You have until FRIDAY to get your packages finished and shipped.  If you are going to be sending late, you NEED to let your organizer know as soon as possible.

Please don't let us know the day AFTER send-outs that you will be shipping late.  Part of participating in a swap is communication, and if you can't let us know BEFORE send-outs, or on the day of at least, that you will be shipping late, you will receive a note in your profile about communication.

I don't think this will be a problem, but it has happened in past swaps and will continue to happen in others, so it needs to be said!  Smiley

Checking in.  I worked on one of my projects today and I'm nearly ready to send.

I just found out today that there's no mail tomorrow, so I will probably send on Wednesday or Thursday.
