Thankyou all so much!

I will post links in this post, I'm just about to add the link for the favour bags and then I will post to progress pics for the tiara and a semi tute for the flowers.

And no, that's not Nurragingy in the background  Cheesy, It's Rosser Park in Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Well worth it to check out for weddings and other special days, and a picnic of course!

And the dicroic glass pendants came from a small stall at the local shopping centre. I looked everywhere for big bright ones but noone had anything I liked. These are handmade my a Gold Coast artist.

Wow, you have every right to be proud of that accomplishment (as well as for snagging that cute hubby too Wink).

I loved the fact that you did things traditional but, with a twist. White dress with purple trim, colored tiara intsead of plain ol' white, fabric flowers (which was so unique),the cake topper on a cake shaped box for those adorable notes.....

I don't know you but it appears as if you put YOU into it. I am picturing the guests milling around discussing how it was SO eternallyeve  Smiley....and what a wonderful way to put your heart into it. It says so much more than when people feel dictated by tradition (not that there's anything wrong with that!).

I wish you the best in your new life....you started it off just perfect!

Thank you! And yes, OhHappyDay it was like that. It was very 'us' and relaxed and fun, we laughed through most of the ceremony when we were trying to repeat the celebrant Cheesy. Noone in the world will ever have my wedding, or flowers, or dress etc. And that makes me feel very special.

And honestly, keeping it so low budget made me feel great and like we had really accomplished something. We don't have that much and getting into debt over one day seems so silly to me. And we only had the people we really wanted and love and that was great.
