Hey all,

So I've been spinning my own yarn for about two years or so and am loving every step of the adventure. Handspun is the best!
Here's what I've made as of late...

Jem and the Holigrams - fingerless gloves/wristwarmers

Socks in progress

Punky Brewter fingerless gloves - made with merino/corridale/tencil - so soft and shiny

Ol' 55 Touque

Thanks!

Your handspun is beautiful!  Very consistent.  What did you use, wool?  Also, did you use a drop spindle or wheel?

I started out on a drop spindle, but recieved a wheel for my birthday about a year ago. Wheels are well worth every penny. Personally I never pick up my spindle anymore.

The first photo is merino and firestar (for sparkle)
The second is Romney and firestar
The third is merino, tencil, corridale, and some bling
the fourth is a random mix of wools, mohair and tencil
