I should annouce, by the way, that I'm about to disappear off the face of the internet for a week. I leave Friday, and return Sunday of the next week. I'll be in Italy, which is much closer to, say, Kookaloo_Starr than I normally am. And yes, I'm packing a crochet project. I plan on making one of these:

It's a chart based pattern. I think if I can nail the pattern once, I just repeat it over and over. We'll see.

Heh, I just made one of the Luna Lovegood scarves last week! I made it in Paton's merino wool in a blue/brown colorway and I think it turned out great! It's so different from the rest of the scarves I have.

And I just finished your first one, indigo_roses! Very pretty, I must say, even if we do have opposite tastes in colors. (Hers are forest green and brown, and mine are blue with white or black accents.)
