Here is my tut ! I hope that it would be not so confused.

1/ First, you cut a rectangle. It size is your hip measurement (b) x the length you want for the skirt. For me, this length was about 20 cm. I have also left about 5 cm for the hem, as my fabric was really fringing. Left also about 2 cm for the seam, on the upper side. Sew the little side together. Make you hems.

2 / Then you have to cut the second part, in the fold fabric. The fold is on the upper side. You have to cut the fabric, in order to put your head inside ! And don't forget to make a hem here too. The length of the upperside, is about your hip measurement divided by two, and your length arms x 2.
The height (d) is your height torso and for me, about 40 cm. I have sew right, for about 20 cm and then, I have sew like bat sleeves, (not straight, but with a little curve). Make sure you do it symmetrical. The height of my sleeves is about 30 cm, and I have chosen to make them about 3/4 length.

So, just to iron, in order to open the seams. And then, attach, by sewing the first rectangle with this part, and it's done !

I hope that my English is not too bad and that you have understood every thing I have tried to explain. Feel free to ask me questions if needed !

I love this.  I think it would be really cute worn with pants or leggings.  Thanks for the tutorial.  I'll have to give it a try this weekend.
