So I crocheted heaps of granny spquares from plastic bags, and couldn't work out what to do with them.  Crochet gals on the Crochet page suggested a bag, I found a really cool pattern on the crochetalong page, and here is what I made.  It took 127 plastic bags, and my fingers are still aching, but I loooove it, and its so strong.

Thanks Smiley It is a good summery project, you just shake the sand off, and the plastic bags can fall in the river (true story) and not be ruined.
Have fun!

the pattern was posted a while ago in the crochet project page - http://stormyzcrochet.weebly.com/dream-weaver-square.html It's really pretty, a bit like stained glass.
