Hi everybody

I'll take this in English first and then in Danish - to meet the craftster requirements (I will not leave anything out in the English, as I'm writing that first and then translating into Danish). I hope that is okay, all you mods! Smiley

I just stumbled across his Scandinavian subfora of crafsters. How awesome! I had really no idea there was such a place hehe, I guesss it was my turn to grow a bit today ;P
I know there is some Danish craftsters as I've meat one a few times. But where do you guys live in Denmark?
I live in rhus but go to school in Kolding.

Jeg faldt netop over det her skandinaviske underfora p craftsters.

love,

Hello! This reply comes many months after your post, but anyway...:-) I moved to Copenhagen 2 years ago from Italy and I actually started crafting again here in DK, after some years of inactivity...the Danish winter is just design for sewing and drawing! I'm a graphic art printer in a workshop here in KBH and enjoy living here a lot with my half danish boyfriend. I'm learning Danish as well, but will need still some months to get to speak it properly...
Have a nice day pseudo_pix, and hi to all the other DK craftsters!!

PS I really like rhus, and especially that place called Fabrikken, they have such a lovely caf!

Hej!

Again this reply is comming many months late  Roll Eyes  but like you, I have only just discovered this part of craftster.

I am another 'indvandre' - I moved to rhus in january 2008 from Australia. I met a danish bloke online and we ended up falling head over heels with one another and getting all married and stuff Tongue

I go to danish lessons 4 times a week in the centre of rhus and craft/paint/draw/cook/play with our kitten/whatever in my spare time.

It's great to know there are others in Denmark that love craftster too  Cheesy

Cheers
Kasei

Hej Kasei!

I know there's a wonderful place for crafts called Huset in rhus, I hope it's still open...I know they were about to close it. Anyway, good luck with your Danish classes, I'm just about to pass level 4 myself, and happy crafting!

your indvandre craftster in CPH :-)

It not closed! Cheesy Huset is a wonderful place - I volunteered down there last summer. Super 'hyggeligt'.
.....There is also Lynfabrikken.

Awesome!! I'm on level 4 now, just passed my level 3 exam last month. They asked if I wanted to go for my next one before summer holidays but I dont think I am quite there yet.

I have actually just finished 2 weeks "sprogpraktik" in a danish workplace. It's amazing how much better your danish becomes when you ae forced to use it for 8 hours a day non stop hehehe.

My husband and I are on the edge of the city centre, just next to Trjborg.
