Details of swap:
Ok everyone, do you need some reusable shopping totes/bags? Do you get tired of using the ones you see in stores that are usually too small and not washable? and feel ill at all the waste of plastic bags and stuff? well this is the swap for you!
We will be making our partners some stylin new bags so their groceries can travel in style ...i mean, who would want to travel in a plastic bag right?
Requirements are:
1~ you must make your partner
at least ONE REUSABLE BAG, you will have the option to discuss making more when talking with your assigned partner as well as indicate if you are interested in making one or more on the questionnaire.
2~The bag MUST BE WASHABLE. (hey, things spill so its a good thing
)
3~You can sew, crochet, or knit it....(if you are one of the talented people who want to also make a fused bag, discuss this with your partner please to make sure they are ok with it since many are not washable)
4~ PM your partner within 48 hours of being assigned and keep communication going. Communication is key to a successful and fun swap~!
All must check in by posting or PMing myself, Im Sew Silly,
at least weekly and PMing myself and your partner upon Sending ( DC# IS REQUIRED IN USA AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPT IF INTERNATIONAL) and include the dc # as well as let us know when you have received and post pictures of your wonderful package ASAP so all can see it and let your partner know you appreciate their thoughtful package!
