This goes in a purse, so i think this is the right place to put this.  In this first pic, it almost looks like a whimsical clutch...

... but no.

I felt very yuck today, so I decided I absolutely needed a dead-faced tampon holder.   I like having something to keep my tampons hidden, and also keep them from getting mangled in my purse.  It's made of linen, with a satiny lining, and it holds four tampons.  I might add another lower button so that it can fold down smaller if it's only holding two, but I'm done for now.  Hope you like!

A bunch more pictures, howto, etc, on my blog.

i like it.  It would also make a real awesome check book cover too! Cheesy

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

Handy, the one I'm using is too short, so the whole bag is kinda lumpy. I need a longer one, I also keep an individual bag in my purse. (my purse is HUGE.)
