This was insanely easy.  I bought a large ladies black velvet shirt from Value Village for $5, the broom was $2 (bought it last year for decor), had some red scrap fabric and we already had a cute stuffed cat.

The Kiki dress has shorter sleeves than this but it'll be pretty cold on Halloween so I left them long.  I took in the sleeve width, length, shoulders and the neck to fit my daughter.

She's so cute!

awww, that's adorable!  and such a cool costume idea too!
totally off topic, is it strange that i'm jealous of your daughter's hair?

Lol I'm jealous of her hair too.

My hair is dark brown and thick and straight with the exception of a weird kinky wave that runs through the middle.  Her hair is a nice blonde colour with awesome loose curls.  So not fair!

My 6 month old has the same colour hair but I think it's going to be straight, it's hard to tell as she doesn't have much yet.

After I took her pic she said "can I fly now mummy?".
