Need Help Finding a Pattern for Halloween!

Looking for a pattern preferably slightly below knee-length and with long sleeves, and hopefully something I could just slip over my head and not need buttons/zippers/etc. Any ideas of patterns that would work for this?

Vegbee on the Childrens Clothing Board has a great tute for a Child's Peasant Blouse that looks about right. It is based on measurements so I'd think you could use it for a grown-up. If not search for "peasant style". I think there was some discussion on this board not too long ago. You will probably find tops not dresses but obviously you just extend the length of the arms and the body to get long sleeved dress.
