Definitely the purple eye for the bird.  Great bags Cindy, that pocket is totally cool on the bird bag.  Cheesy

I am so envious of your talent!  I like the first one best, followed by the 2nd.  The third one is a bit creepy.

Your work is so great!

And, I think the purple eye is best. Less creepy (in a totally non offensive way) Wink

I love the birdy bag! And I agree with the other posters that the purple button works best. The other bag is very cute too!

I love the bird bag...a lot!!
I love all your bags really, every post you create..love them.  I think I need to start felting sweaters and sewing with them.  I always love the end result...I think the best part of that bag is the pocket!!  So creative.

I LOVE the bird bag - in fact, I WANT  the bird bag!  Absolutely adorable!  And like everyone - love the pocket!  I'm new here - so not familiar with your work, but what is the bag made of?  Is it felted?  In any event - its too cute....I like the purple button too - but what about a dark brown one?  Is that too boring?  I think it might be sweet.

Thanks so much for all the comments.  I really love the birdie bag too.  I took it out for a spin today when I went "junkin'" and I got a few comments on it.  I think I am going to go with the what looks like a purple button, i.e. the first one.  It really looks more like the color of the beak in person.

My favorite thing about this bag is the pocket too!!, funny I almost did not use it because I thought it would not look right, too bulky.  But it is perfect.  Now I am looking for more of these to work with.........I did not find a single one today.  Isnt that always the case, when your looking for it you cant find it.

Next time I will make the bird just a little bit bigger because I have these wonderful bakelite buttons that I could use for the eye.
