Yes I will be sure to take pictures when wearing the costume! Any suggestions of what I can add to my wig? I was thinking a model ship on top?  I am gluing on some birds tonight (I got a pack of white doves at hobby lobby and painted them pink with silver glitter), and maybe some bows. I really want to deck the wig out!

Wow...that dress is awesome! I was Marie Anoinette for halloween last year, but I didn't do the fancy dress thing... I was um.. Marie Antoinette gets crazy..and just wore a Corset leotard and some thigh-high stockings and garter belt, and a neato fancy coat i have:


also.....I have those Irregular choice shoes! yuss. i <3 them.

That looks stunning!

A tip for ghetto panniers if you are interested: Safety pin two empty milk jugs under one layer of your petticoat using scraps of fabric for the horizontal skirt period look.
