She did a great job on them!  I have a ton of halloween things on my whist.  My birthday is around halloween, so she knew I would love them.  The candy corn is too cool.  I am planning on getting a battery later today for my camera.  I tried taking photos with my phone, but they were not good...  The monster is awesome.  My youngest claimed it.
I have my cloths done, and I did 2 new patterns for them.  I counted, I have 27 cloths done, and I don't remember how many I gave away already.  (I know 2 for a swap, and 2 to a guy at work)
Looks like I will have to join the 50 cloths in a year.....

I'm not the first to decide to challenge myself each time and I obviously won't be the last. Wink Cheesy

Ellen-J and I traded irl today!  We met at Spac<e Monkey, right near both our homes.

Here's what I gave her:

I couldn't find a non-thread red cotton yarn ANYWHERE!  I looked at Michaels, JoAnn's, Knittin' Kitten, and Yarn Garden before I gave up.  No holly red, no fir tree green, what's up with the lack of Xmas colors?  So that red one is actually two red thickish thread cottons, and a doubled up red Grace (I think that's by Patton).  The variegated blue one is Peaches and Cream, and the egg is Lion Brand.  The red one's pattern is from this amazing book:

Now on with the good stuff:

first, a close up that doesn't do it justice...

Garnet stitch, was it?  Wonderful texture.

I probably should've used a quarter for reference, or a measuring tape.  This is a generously sized cloth!

AND A KITTY CLOTH!!!

Doctor Girlfriend approves.

(Yes, that is her approval face).

Then along came an innocent spider from the creative mind of Ellen-J...

AND OH NOES SPIDER ATTACK!!!!

I had a fun time meeting h_pets360.  My camera self-destructed - the batteries imploded while still inside the camera - I will post pictures as soon as I can.  I loved everything, but the egg was my favorite.  I think I may have to come up with some bacon napkin rings...

...a little after 530p...Ok, so still no camera in site: My scanner has been kind of hinky, but I was able to scan and save the pictures through Paint.  I then compressed them and converted them to jpg files.  As you may be able to tell, I'm quite proud of what few computer skills I do have.

So here is what h_pets360 made for me in all their yarny goodness:

(was unable to remove shadow from this one)

   (wonderfully Christmas red)

(and how awesome is this?  pretty damn awesome.)
