I made this from the spare legs after making some jeans into shorts, I worked the pattern out myself by looking at a hat my sister bought. I'm really pleased with it, it fits perfectly.

I love the hat!  Very nice work!  I've been wanting to try building a hat for awhile.  (I have a small head and the ones in the stores tend to float on me...)  I never imagined a homemade one could be so neat looking.  Actually, I checked out your blog and everything on there seems to be well done, too.  Great work!
